About Me
Sabrina Ritchie, PMHNP, AGNP
I’m a dual board-certified Nurse Practitioner with nearly 20 years in healthcare—and I know firsthand how stress, anxiety, and burnout can take over your life. I also know how frustrating it feels to be treated like just another name on a provider’s schedule.

That’s why I created Thoughtful Therapies: a space for personalized, integrative mental health care that treats the whole person—not just the symptoms.

My Approach​
I blend psychotherapy, thoughtful medication management, nutritional and lifestyle strategies, and plant-based medicine. My care is trauma-informed, evidence-based, and deeply personalized—helping you move from survival mode to balance and resilience.​

My Story
During the pandemic, I was working long, exhausting 12-hour shifts as a Nurse Practitioner—while pregnant with my first child. I pushed through the overwhelm, the fatigue, and the pressure, until burnout finally caught up with me.
​
That experience was a turning point. I realized the traditional healthcare model I had devoted my career to wasn’t built to truly support patients—or providers—through the realities of stress, anxiety, and exhaustion. I felt dismissed, unheard, and treated like I should just “get through it.”
It woke me up.
I knew there had to be a better way to care for people—one that honored the whole person and created real space for healing. That’s why I built Thoughtful Therapies. Today, I bring the empathy of someone who’s lived it, the clinical expertise of two decades in healthcare, and the conviction that your well-being deserves more than a quick fix.
Here, you’ll never be rushed. You’ll be listened to. And together, we’ll create a path forward that helps you feel grounded, clear, and resilient again.
